A dive into a dream
It's almost more of a cabinet of curiosities than an exhibition in a museum. As we visit the different rooms, we discover the absolute fascination of the creator for the living world. Whether it's water, microcosm, mushrooms, or the neurological system, everything is examined with a microscope by this genius artist to sew (or 3D print) increasingly impressive clothes.

But attention, far from an SVT class, it's more like a daydream that awaits you. The unique materials follow one another, pastel colors mix with gold and transparent plastics. The dresses, in dialogue with contemporary artworks, are ethereal, light, and dreamlike. And even if we don't see ourselves wearing them to go to work, we think that it would definitely make an impression at a New Year's Eve party.

An essential figure
The exhibition is a true ode to the work of Iris van Herpen and allows us to understand a little better the process and inspirations of this creator who takes us into a cosmic and psychedelic world. Models, drawings, and projects allow us to dip a toe into the shoes of this remarkable woman who has dressed the greatest.

Because yes, Iris van Herpen has truly sublimated thanks to her creations Beyoncé, Cara Delevingne, Natalie Portman, Winnie Harlow, Jennifer Lopez or even Lady Gaga. Regarding the latter, we are really not surprised as their aesthetic universes seem close and compatible. In short, we won't draw you a picture, it's a must on the red carpet, and leaving the exhibition, we have no doubt about the reasons for its success.
