A Train Bar in the Heart of Paris
Located on the ground floor of the freshly renovated La Bourdonnais hotel, the Minuit Express doesn’t just announce itself, it’s something you have to earn. You’ll find a cozy decor of warm wood paneling and velvet, designed to evoke a moving train where boundaries fade away. Behind this transformation is architect Oscar Lucien Ono (Maison Numéro 20), already noted for his projects on the French Riviera. With alcoves and a counter, every corner invites you to wander and embark on an imaginary journey.

A Map That Travels the World
The map unfolds like a forgotten travel diary resting on the corner of a countertop. On the European side, The Grand Tour Express revisits the classics with elegance. The Americas, through the Panamerican Express, blend spirited beverages with vibrant flavors. Asia, on the other hand, with the Moonlight Express, creates a subtle poetry of matcha, sake, and yuzu.

Behind the bar, Mahdi Provost orchestrates the journey with precise gestures and creative boldness that transforms every cocktail into a memorable stop. On the plate side, Chef Khalid Mansour (Restaurant Le Bayadère) presents a menu of small dishes to share, designed to create the perfect pairing with the cocktails. Each culinary creation extends the journey and harmonizes with the flavors in the glass, from the most classic to the most exotic.
The New Hangout in the Neighborhood
Just steps away from the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler, Minuit Express is already establishing itself as the go-to spot for Parisians seeking an immersive escape without leaving Paris. It's the kind of place you want to keep to yourself... or share with the in-the-know crowd.
