January has arrived, bringing with it the traditional Dry January, a challenge to go alcohol-free for the first 31 days of the year. And the numbers are clear: the concept is gaining more followers every year! Among 27-32 year-olds, bar spending dropped by 25% in January 2025, and it's in Paris where sobriety is most prominent at the beginning of the year, as shown by a study conducted by Green-Got. So, to help you try out the alcohol-free life, here’s our selection of must-visit places in Paris this January 2026.
