After sifting through about twenty applications from kitchens as delicious as they are appetizing, the high-flying food court at HOBA, our favorite spot in Martin Luther King Park, has chosen 5 chefs who will make your taste buds dance. Get ready for a big feast!

Tarek and Leïla, passionate siblings, carry this project in honor of their mother, Souad, and her family values. They aspire to have a positive social and environmental impact by also offering an integration program for individuals facing social isolation


5. Sopoku, for Japanese donations

Sopoku, or the experts of delicious Japanese-inspired cuisine! Justin Terry, a passionate of this gastronomy, honed his art in the United States, in the great Parisian restaurants and in Osaka, where he was certified at the Miyajima School of Ramen. After delighting our taste buds last summer at HO and this winter at BA under the name Just Ramen, Justin, Robin and their team are back with Sopoku to treat us to their version of dons, this traditional Japanese dish, both delicious and hearty!
