A trip to Far Far Away?
Get ready to see the green ogre in person… and in song, from October 2, 2026, to January 17, 2027! The story of Shrek is coming to the stage in a one-of-a-kind musical blending musical genres: pop, rock, soul, funk. Directed by Philippe Hersen — known for Flashdance, Madagascar, Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory — with music by Jeanine Tesori and a book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, the show is inspired by the story from the original film released in 2001.
