The Editor

Known for his grandiose collections and unique vision of fashion, over the last decade, Simon Porte Jacquemus has revolutionized the fashion world in his own way, bringing a new breeze of freshness and ingenuity. But this autumn, the fashion creator will go beyond the realm of the runways to enter the world of museums. From October 20 to 24, 2025, he will set up his exhibition at the Collège des Bernardins in the 5th arrondissement, inviting the public to discover Myths.

Proposing a Unique Alliance Between Antiquity and Contemporary Creation

Blending Antiquity and modernity, fashion and sculpture, that’s the bold challenge Simon Porte Jacquemus will take on as exhibition curator and scenographer, for four days in October. With Mythes, he will allow the ancient marble of the works by sculptor Aristide Maillol to engage in a dialogue with contemporary creation and current aesthetics, refined and elegant in its simplicity. Driven by an unparalleled creative genius, who demonstrates that the boundary between fashion and art is almost non-existent, the greatest myths will come to life, and the public will be able to stroll through the various installations. Already in 2024, Jacquemus had c .onçu an exhibition in New York, featuring the works of François-Xavier Lalanne.

An exhibition extended in Paris until the end of 2025

While the Collège des Bernardins will be the first venue to host this exhibition, it won’t be the only one. Organized in collaboration with Galerie Chenel and Galerie Dina Vierny, it will also be showcased from October 30 to December 20, 2025. This extension will allow the public to explore each of the works and the proposed scenographies in every detail.
