They are places of joy and celebration, where you forget everything for a night, allowing yourself to be rocked by the rhythm of the music. At night, nightclubs shine with a thousand lights and sparkle with colors. Yet during the day, they take on a completely different appearance. And it’s this unique aspect that photographer François Prost has set out to capture. As part of the After Party exhibition, which is free to access until August 29, 2025, Point Éphémère showcases the artist's most beautiful shots to keep us buzzing even after the party is over.

Snapshots of Nightclubs Across France
Have you ever noticed the look of the nightclub where you spent your youthful nights or still celebrate? François Prost has traveled to all corners of France, discovering these venues that have two faces depending on whether night has fallen or the sun is shining bright. This series, which began in 2011, reveals a gentler and more traditional side of these establishments that are usually overwhelmed by glitz and glamour. A book published by Headbanger Publishing also gathers these various after-party snapshots.
