It’s one of the must-visit places in Paris. With its golden balconies, red velvet seats, and performances that blend both classic and innovative styles, the Opéra-Comique embodies the very essence of elegance, prestige, and quality in live entertainment offered in Paris. For over 300 years, near the Boulevard des Italiens, the Favart theater, featuring architecture typical of 19th-century French theaters, takes the Parisian audience on a journey through the greatest opera masterpieces. And since tradition and creation go hand in hand, classic works come together with the most contemporary ones, forming a dazzling program of eclecticism and richness. For the 2024/2025 season, Opéra-Comique invites you to (re)discover true monuments of opera.
