The Editor

Three years ago, at the end of 2022, the festival Urbain de Paname made its home in Saint-Ouen, bringing together over 30 French and international street artists who transformed the 2000 square meters of the old ice rink. After a massive success and nearly three years of planning, the event is back for a 2nd edition that promises to be just as spectacular. This time, over 40 top artists are ready to meet you starting from November 20, 2025, to March 8, 2026.

Art to Revive Life

For this new edition, Urbain de Paname II once again takes over the abandoned ice rink in Saint-Ouen, which reopened in 2022 following renovations, specifically for the event. Imagined by the city...

as a place of unifying culture, it has been hosting artistic, popular and cultural events, like the recently concluded 5th edition of the Biennale de Paname , which inspires Urbain de Paname.

A selection of inclusive and diverse artists

For its grand return, Urbain de Paname has truly gone all out. During your visit, you'll discover works from artists of all kinds: whether they hail from France or are international, featuring renowned names as well as emerging talents, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Famous artists like Banksy, JR, Invader, and Keith Haring mingle with local creators like Jojo le Petit Prince and fresh talents such as Bebarbarie and Jean-Samuel Halifi. The exhibition will give you a glimpse into the various ways these artists, all inspired by the city, forge connections between street art, urban art, and contemporary art.

A program of workshops for the whole family

In addition to all these talented artists, the event will also be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy creative workshops of all kinds, and festive activities. Every Saturday, from 2 PM to 5 PM, head over to the ice rink to take part in the giant participatory mural imagined by Graffiti Paris, join a drawing class with Posca led by Ouestled, or discover screen printing with Fwells. And the fantastic news is that ticket sales will open in just a few days, on Tuesday, November 11th!
