Painting, sculpture, video installations, photography... In Paris+ by Art Basel, contemporary art is plural. You will likely recognize the style of certain artists, such as Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Keith Haring, Kaws, or Takashi Murakami. But, unless you are a very knowledgeable person, the contemporary art fair will primarily be an opportunity for you.Discover new talents, as seen in the 14 emerging galleries.

We discover amazing and sometimes funny artworks, like a giant Lego reproduction of Bonaparte crossing the Great Saint-Bernard, except he's riding a zebra and the artwork is hanging upside down (don't ask us why). And also, a giant tapestry by Thomas Bayrle that, upon closer inspection, reveals hundreds of laughing cow heads.

Behind that, we also discover a collection of iconic handbags customized by several major contemporary artists, such as Urs Fischer, Josh Smith, or Daniel Buren.
Don't be surprised if you hear visitors asking about the prices of the artworks because, believe it or not, they are indeed for sale! We didn't dare ask about the prices, but we already know that our bank account doesn't have enough zeros.
A public program accessible to everyone.

The Tuileries Garden has been transformed into an outdoor gallery, featuring works by a dozen international artists in collaboration with the Louvre Museum.
But wait, there's more! The Institute of France, home of the French academies, is also hosting an incredible installation by Sheila Hicks. This towering six-meter-high column covered in thread is truly a sight to behold.
