Paris is undeniably a cultural city. But just imagine for a moment thousands of square meters dedicated to art, music, dance, and performances. It's in Romainville, at the end of line 5, where you'll find FAST (Fiminco Art Studios), the largest cultural district in Europe. The site spans 120,000 m2, with 50,000 m2 exclusively devoted to culture. In fact, it has just opened its doors to the performing arts and from June 18 to 27, FAST is hosting its very first «Fastival», featuring a vibrant and eclectic lineup.

The Crafts and Performing Arts Celebrated
In a former pharmaceutical site that was once home to 5,000 employees, FAST has made its mark, supported by the Fiminco Group. Many institutions bring this place to life, welcoming artists in contemporary art galleries, the Parsons Paris School of Fashion and Design, as well as the Blanca Li Company, the Yamaha Music School, and many more. There are also 146 studios for artists and students, technical workshops, rehearsal rooms, and a performance hall with 600 seats.
Crafts play a central role here, connecting beautifully with the arts of the stage.

A magnificent "fastival"
From June 18 to 27, 2026, a huge cultural festival will take place to celebrate the opening of FAST, after a decade of development. For one week, the days will be filled with exciting activities.the dance, concerts, creative workshops, outdoor cinema, and many surprises. The programming is designed for both adults and children, in a spirit of sharing, reflecting the vibrant nature of this neighborhood.

On this occasion, Olivier Py and the Théâtre du Châtelet will grace the stage of La Grande Salle to present Le Cabaret du Châtelet during the festival's opening night. La Compagnie Blanca Li, a regular at the venue, will also showcase two original creations specially designed for this event.Activities for the festival. The Bal de Paris, acclaimed internationally, will also feature several performances. There will be an outdoor screening of Singin' in the Rain, baby yoga sessions, a giant picnic, DJ sets, meetups… The whole week will be filled with fun and entertaining activities, all for free!
