A bar fully dedicated to gin is a rare gem in Paris, but Tiger is here to bring us joy with its special concept. We were eager to discover the secrets hidden behind its wooden walls that transport you to a tropical paradise, and our visit was truly delightful. Leaving the bustling vibe of Rue de la Soif behind, we entered a gorgeously decorated urban oasis. The chic space effortlessly combines lush greenery with stunning sapphire blue mosaic tiles. We quickly found a cozy spot on the plush benches to enjoy what the talented Tiger team does best: concocting exquisite gin cocktails and greeting guests with genuine warmth and generosity. It's evident that hospitality is a treasured tradition of the Coolangatta group.

Whether you are a connoisseur or just a casual gin lover, this temple of Gin knows how to welcome you. Since 2015, its success has been attributed to a talented team of mixologists led by one of Paris' finest, Lorenzo Dos Santos. After presenting one of his many Gin To' cocktails or the bar's signature drink, created in collaboration with the Baccae distillery, the cocktail master takes the time to explain to us the history of Gin, the techniques to create it, and how to savor it during his monthly masterclasses on the first Wednesday of each month. Developing expertise in Gin seems within reach, with over 130 references to explore the nuances of the spirit.

"Here, you come to seek an experience above all," explain the managers. This experience can also be enjoying a drink with friends, as the menu includes classics and innovative cocktails. Planning a special event? The bar is divided into three spaces (a downstairs room, another next to the bar, and a mezzanine) for your festivities, and each one is privatizable. The DJ sets are already scheduled, all that's left is to gather your friends to dance.
