A few months ago, two teasers were released, revealing (finally) the air date of the long-awaited season 2 of the Game of Thrones spin-off. HBO has just unveiled the very last trailer of this second chapter which, let's say, promises to be very, very rich in twists and turns.

Blacks and greens are back, and it promises to be explosive. This Tuesday, May 14th, the production company of Game of Thrones has just delivered (dare I say, offered us) the very latest trailer for the upcoming season of House of the Dragon. A highly anticipated "Dance of Dragons" that will be available on our screens starting June 17 on Max. And yes, as usual, we are duped, as it will be available 24 hours earlier in the United States.


Two camps with opposing views

From the first few seconds of the video, the tone is set. This season will be dark, stressful, and, of course, focused on the race for the Iron Throne. In this new video of over 2 minutes, HBO...reveals exclusive images of season 2 that will undoubtedly be as aesthetically stunning as the first, and even its big sister, Game of Thrones.

We get to see all the important characters from season 1, including our beloved Daemon Targaryen, brilliantly brought to life by Matt Smith. However, there are only a few new faces in this trailer, unlike the previous ones that showcased different perspectives from the green camp or the black camp.


All fired up

But the real star of this trailer is the dragons, reminding us why we adore this series so much. These monstrous creatures are both intimidating and captivating. It looks like season 2 will offer plenty of surprises and thrilling aerial action scenes.

Fire, power, and unique panoramas of the landscapes of Westeros, that's all we need to convince us that, green or black, not really our thing, we are all about dragons, period. So, we are eagerly awaiting June 17th to discover the phenomenal battles between these flying giants. Go dragons!
