Cinema Festival 2024: tickets for €5 for 4 days

Get ready to mark your calendars because from June 30 to July 3, the Cinema Festival is back in France for its 39th edition! This year's festival promises to be just as fantastic as all the ones before it. For 4 days straight, you can watch movies for the unbeatable price of only 5€ in theaters all across the country!

Movie lovers, now is the time to treat yourself. As every year, after the Music Festival comes the Cinema Festival, which gives you 4 days of discounts, and therefore pure pleasure. The perfect opportunity to go enjoy the latest releases, catch up on what you missed after Cannes, or simply enjoy a classic back on the big screen.


A discount that feels good

Let's not kid ourselves, the more time passes, the more going to the cinema becomes complicated. Not because of the number of seats in theaters, or a decrease in the quality of films being shown. No, what prevents some people from enjoying a good movie on the big screen as often as they would like is the price! In recent years, ticket prices have only increased, reaching over 15€ in some theaters in the capital city!

So, naturally, when an opportunity like the Fête du cinéma comes along, you have to seize it. Launched by the French National Cinemas Federation, for these 4 days, no movie screening in France will exceed 5 euros. Except for 4D movies or IMAX screenings, let's not go overboard. But hey, we're not going to turn up our noses either, it's already great news, and there's plenty to enjoy with all the "classic" feature films showing in the coming days.
