You know us: at Bonbon, we're huge fans of cinema and concerts. So when the two come together, it definitely creates some sparks in our hearts. In 2025, there will be no shortage of cinema-concerts in Paris, but the one that excites us the most is surely the one taking place at the Grand Rex on October 23 and 24, 2025. If we say time travel, Marty McFly, DeLorean, what do you say back? Back to the Future, of course!

The first film accompanied by 80 musicians
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first installment of the trilogy Back to the Future, which was released in 1985, the film will be screened in French version at the iconic Grand Rex theater. To celebrate this special occasion, the Yellow Socks Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Nicolas Simon, will honor us with their presence to perform the legendary scores by Alan Silvestri in sync with the feature film. As a bonus, both evenings will have Luq Hamet, the French voice of Michael J. Fox, as the master of ceremonies!

A multitude of film concerts in Paris in 2025
Film concerts are all the rage in the capital. From January 17 to 19, 2025, the Palais des Congrès in Paris will host Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. On September 27, 2025, Avatar will also have its film concert at the Zénith. After a first showing at the Grand Rex in November 2023, La La Land will return for a film concert on October 3 and 4, 2025. Justin Hurwitz, the composer of the film's music, will conduct an orchestra of 80 musicians. So, which one(s) are you going to see?
