A feature film directed by Nancy Meyers, where we follow the adventures of Iris, an English woman, and Amanda, an American, who decide to swap their homes during the holidays, after both have faced disappointing romances.happy. And the result is truly successful, to the point that fans keep watching this movie on loop every year without getting tired of it. And while the director announced a few years ago that a sequel was not on the table, it seems she may have changed her mind.
The big comeback soon ?
Indeed, a few days ago, the filmmaker posted a video on her Instagram account that could ignite all the biggest fans of American Christmas movies. And for good reason, during a recent lunch with actor Jude Law to celebrate his star on Hollywood Boulevard, the two friends shared something that could simply be a bombshell.
In the video, we can hear the director congratulate the actor Graham Simpkins, before asking him if a sequel for The Holiday is possible. Instead of answering, he chooses to transform into Mr. Napkin Head, one of his iconic scenes from the film. That was enough to set the internet on fire, and judging by the comments on the video, people are quite enthusiastic about the idea of this project coming to life. And so are we!
