Since 2022, BNP Paribas CinéCulte has been taking us on an adventure through the most beautiful works of the 7th art. And for its 4th edition, happening from December 8 to 12, 2025, the festival invites us to (re)discover the creations of a cinema legend: James Cameron. The idea? To celebrate the theatrical release of Avatar: The Way of Water on December 17, with a retrospective on the big screen of his greatest masterpieces, all across five cities in France!


6 cult films on the big screen

Throughout the week, we’ll be able to hop aboard the Titanic or ride the motorcycle from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, soar into space with Aliens: The Return, or even dive into the depths of the ocean with Abyss. It’s a journey through the cinema of James Cameron like you’ve never experienced before. And to top it all off, on Friday, December 12, we’ll have a special evening!

allowing you to relive the saga of Avatar, with a screening of Avatar, followed by Avatar: The Way of Water. It's a chance to visit the fascinating planet Pandora once again and explore its spectacular landscapes, before meeting a brand new tribe, the Ash People.
