Just like the Grand Rex, UGC is going all out for Valentine's Day with a festival completely dedicated to love stories that have made their mark in the history of cinema.
From February 7 to 14, 2026, UGC theaters will transform into true romantic cocoons to welcome the LOVE FESTIVAL, a cinematic escape designed to celebrate Valentine's Day in a different way.

The goal? To bring back all the emotional power of cinema in theaters by offering a selection of cult romantic films to rediscover on the big screen. Whether you're in a relationship, single, or simply a movie lover, the festival is for everyone who loves great stories and intense emotions.
5 cult films for 5 ways to love
For this 2026 edition, UGC has put together a program that is as eclectic as it is iconic. Just take a look: “Romeo + Juliet” by Baz Luhrmann, screened on Saturday, February 7, 2026, for a pop and tragic reimagining of the timeless myth, “Wuthering Heights”, labeled UGC Loves and presented in preview on February 10, 2026, for fans of tumultuous passions, “In the Mood for Love”, on Thursday, February 12.
2026, masterpiece by Wong Kar-wai, an ode to restrained love and eloquent silences, « Dracula », on Friday, February 13, 2026, where love flirts with eternity and the fantastical, and finally (and most importantly) « La La Land », screening on Saturday, February 14, 2026, the perfect film for a Valentine’s Day filled with dreams, music, and life choices.Voir cette publication sur Instagram
A Valentine's Day Like No Other
With the LOVE FESTIVAL, UGC offers a unique alternative to traditional candlelit dinners. Here, we share emotions, we cry, we smile, and we let ourselves be swept away by the magic of cinema. This initiative once again proves the commitment of Parisian cinemas to bring the 7th art to life in new ways and to create unifying events.
