Here’s some great news for all you movie enthusiasts in the capital! The BNP Paribas #CinéCulte screenings are back for a third edition in 10 cities across France for 5 days of fantastic cinema on the big screen. The best part? The screenings are 100% free thanks to a lottery organized by We Love Cinéma.
10 Cinema Classics
For this third installment of the BNP Paribas #CinéCulte screenings, moviegoers will get the chance to (re)discover cinematic classics, all adapted from literary masterpieces. Among the ten films on the lineup, you’ll find the timeless Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, as well as Blade Runner by Ridley Scott, The Great Gatsby by Baz Luhrmann, The Godfather by Francis Ford Coppola, Shutter Island by Martin Scorsese, Les Tontons Flingueurs by Georges Lautner, The Name of the Rose by Jean-Jacques Annaud, Bridget Jones's Diary...em> by Sharon Maguire, or the Disney version of Aladdin and the adaptation of The Hunger Games with Jennifer Lawrence. In short, there will truly be something for everyone’s taste!
10,000 free tickets offered
Among the many venues that will host the event – across 10 French cities – four Parisian cinemas will be taking part, namely the Mk2 Quai de Loire, Mk2 Beaubourg, Mk2 Bibliothèque, and Mk2 Odéon Saint-Germain. But to gain access to these precious free screenings, you will need to register on the We Love Cinéma website and wait to be randomly selected for the film of your choice. In total, there will be 10,000 tickets available to see the 10 featured films.

The little extra? A special bonus film will also be offered on November 22 for the closing of the event in a preview: The Children After Them by Ludovic and Zoran Boukherma, a film adapted from the novel of the same name by Nicolas Mathieu, winner of the 2018 Goncourt Prize. A lovely discovery as a bonus.
