Civil War, by Alex Garland (2024)
If the war photographer Lee Miller got a biopic of the same name in 2024, just a few months before its cinematic release, another spectacular film was loosely inspired by her work: Civil War. Portrayed by the insightful yet wavering Kirsten Dunst, the character Lee Smith leads the crew on a blood-soaked road trip where two sides clash, having lost all humanity.
