A few months ago, chef Mehdi Favri delighted us with the opening of a brand new address: Maslow Temple. After the first Maslow and Fellows, this new spot quickly rose to the occasion like its big brothers, much to our delight. And it’s not stopping there, with the opening of its brand new Sunday brunch. On the menu, a vegetarian formula, still just as committed, sourced, and delicious as the dishes offered on the regular menu, enhanced by exclusive creations.
A menu that makes our mouths water
On the agenda for this brand new brunch (which we have no doubt will quickly become one of our favorites in the capital), a formula featuring 3 tempting plates.
Available for €32. To start, a variation centered around the egg: truffle scrambled eggs served in an ultra-soft bun and herbed Viennese bread, fried egg on a generous slice of brioche with bear garlic butter and reduced vegetable juice, or — our little favorite on paper — soft-boiled eggs, with buttered soldiers, whipped cream, and veggie caviar.Voir cette publication sur Instagram
We're moving on to a savory plate to choose from the greatest classics of the house: the potato churros, the Ricotta and Gremolata Peppers, or the incredible portobello. And to finish things off, let's dive into the sweet with recipes exclusively reserved for brunch. The Crepe Mille Trous inspired by Moroccan flavors, a mix of apples, raisins, and figs, the coconut-infused rice pudding with vegan caramel and pumpkin nougatine, or the Donut Stick generously drizzled with chocolate and caramel.
A booming empire
This brand new brunch once again shows the determination of the Maslow group to establish itself as a must-visit in the world of Parisian gastronomy.
Not only does it offer a eco-friendly vegetarian cuisine, with sourcing from less than 200 km away, and a fight against waste, but the restaurant also meets the expectations of its customers. Because yes, everyone knows that Parisians love brunch. This new venture could very well further establish the chef, whose original restaurant Maslow recently received the title of best restaurant in France according to the Sunday Stars 2025 ranking!Brunch every Sunday from 11:15 AM to 4 PM starting on September 21, 2025.
