Get ready to experience a unique and truly authentic moment at Acmé. Self-proclaimed as a "culinary hodgepodge and wine bazaar," the establishment celebrated its first anniversary in February. Here, you don't just come to dine, but to share a gastronomic experience with fellow guests and hosts Margot and Lucas. Passionate about culinary art since a young age, the chef prepares a cuisine made "day by day": no fixed menu, but tasting menus of 4, 5, or 6 courses, created according to the season and her inspirations "for more creativity," she tells us. Originally a pastry chef, Margot gained experience in several top restaurants in France and abroad before opening her own place where she can finally express her creativity in the kitchen. The young chef is actually inspired a lot by pastry in her recipes: "for me, dessert is the highlight of the meal," she explains.

Another strong point? Its originality. "I draw inspiration from all over the world, from everything I have discovered during my travels abroad," she explains. "I try to use a maximum of products, spices, or even techniques that people are not used to seeing." On that day, for example, we tasted a celery and miso caramel tatin, accompanied by an Isigny cream for a little more indulgence. Our favorite? The house's signature dessert: creamy chocolate, parsnip puree, and coconut milk sorbet.

By his side, Lucas, a sommelier and music enthusiast, offers food and wine pairings to accompany each menu in the most harmonious way: "I see myself a bit like an arranger, I highlight Margot's work, like a music producer," he tells us. An attachment to music that can be found in the names of the menus and pairings: Yellow Brick Road, Don't You Want Me, Pinball Wizard... "These are the songs of our encounter," he smiles. Far from being just an added touch, these pairings are truly part of the experience desired by the two restaurateurs. Nearly 200 wine references are gathered on the restaurant's shelves, giving even connoisseurs the opportunity to discover new vintages. Add to that the cozy atmosphere of the place and a beautiful vintage touch in the decor, and you have the recipe for a wonderful moment spent at the table.
