The decor is eclectic, in the best possible sense of the term, like a collection of memories gathered here and there. But beware, don't be fooled, you will quickly find a common thread. Giant bottles (full or empty), fake beer caps as cushions, large boxes of corks, and photos of beautiful bistro terraces. The tone is set: here, we are going to drink very, very well.assiette du bistrot parisien la Réserve du Terroir

And indeed, we are far from disappointed when looking at the large slate hanging on the wall. 20 references, all wines with appellation, carefully selected to delight all palates and budgets, as the glasses are all between 5 and 10 euros. And rest assured, if terms like "Syrah," "Merlot," or "Gewurztraminer" don't mean anything to you, Sébastien, the owner, and Marvyn, his protégé, will be there to guide you. To accompany these well-deserved little glasses after a busy day, we choose from the dishes and boards on the menu, all made from delicious Aveyron products. And as we hesitate between a mixed board and a sausage-aligot (and its mustard, shallot, white wine sauce to die for), we end up opting for a charcuterie-aligot board, to combine the best of both worlds. We delight in the goose rillettes, get our fingers a little greasy with the saucisson (to lick them better). And of course, we have fun making threads with the delicious aligot. The added bonus is that while this charming wine bar unfortunately doesn't have a terrace, it does have a huge stone-vaulted basement room, perfect for escaping the stifling summer heat (both rooms are air-conditioned!). A room with incredible charm, which you can privatize for all your events free of charge. It can be turned into a game room, dance floor, or meeting room, as you wish. The slightly retro decor immediately puts us at ease, and since you can play your own music, it really feels like home... with impeccable service and great products to boot!
