At Bajium, there’s no set menu. Here, you serve yourself! The principle is simple: armed with a bowl and a pair of tongs, you can choose from over 80 ultra-fresh ingredients. Halal meats, fish and seafood, organic vegetables, tofu, noodles in all shapes and forms, fish balls, eggs… The hardest part? Making your choice. Once your bowl is filled, head to the checkout for weighing: €3.19 per 100g, with a minimum of 300g.
Homemade broths and a sauce bar for a unique touch
Next up, it’s time for the broths, made from scratch and simmered for 24 hours. There are six flavors available: tomato, chicken, sauerkraut, beef, mushrooms, or three peppers. Prefer a stir-fry version without soup? That’s totally doable too. For the thrill-seekers, it’s even possible to spice it up...
spice up your level of heat. The finishing touch happens at the sauce bar, with a dozen ingredients to create your custom seasoning : spicy oil, satay sauce, cilantro, sesame paste… the perfect way to elevate your dish. For a quicker option, the restaurant also offers 4 packages starting at 12,50€ per person : choose between beef, veggie or seafood.

On the ground floor, you can settle at wooden counters facing the display, while upstairs, large, cozy tables lined with red benches are waiting for us.
