At the helm of this new must-try spot, Gaël and Margaux Passigli are not new to the game. The couple entrusted "Le Panier," their well-known restaurant in the old town of Nice, to family members to focus on their new project. And they mean business, as the chef tackles the entire Iberian culture. A challenge well met with dishes like sea bass ceviche with coconut milk, Nice squash and Espelette pepper, beef tataki with vinegar condiments, Parmesan, cod croquettes with piquillo pepper coulis, Italian and Corsican charcuterie, and Iberian pata negra ham (just for that, it's worth a visit), along with other cold and hot bites, vegetarian or sweet ones that we'll let you discover for yourself! As for the bill, there's something for every taste and budget, with tapas for all tastes and wallets, ranging from traditional dishes to more daring creations.
