Discover the official list of the 29 restaurants labeled "Nissarde cuisine" in 2021

Over time, traditions fade away. To prevent the authentic cuisine of Nice from suffering, the label "cuisine nissarde" has just unveiled a new list of restaurants where local culinary traditions are scrupulously respected. Despite the current context, 29 restaurants and snacks on the Côte d'Azur will now be able to boast of being part of this prized list. A true "quality guarantee", it will allow tourists to know where to go to taste a real "pan bagnat" or a real "salade niçoise" full of history.

A year of glory

Because slacking off is not allowed, this list is not final. Reevaluated every year, it stays updated and discovers the top students who might turn into troublemakers over time. For this 2020-2021 selection, the certified restaurants of "Nice cuisine" are :
