Tucked away from prying eyes, at the end of a path lined with greenery, the Cap Estel hotel stands like a peninsula suspended between Nice and Monaco. This is where the newly added Michelin address hides, where you can settle on the terrace, under the palm trees, facing the horizon.

A chef celebrating the Mediterranean

At the helm, Kevin Garcia (former right-hand man of Frédéric Anton) crafts a culinary symphony inspired by the sea and local produce. Raw or grilled fish, garden vegetables, and fragrant herbs set the tone for the menu. Bonito served with marine condiments and caviar, gamberoni enhanced with a tarragon tomato consommé, grilled seriola with artichoke barigoule… Each dish exudes the essence of the Mediterranean!

As you can guess, La Table du Cap Estel offers a timeless escape, where gastronomy intertwines with the beauty of the place, adding a special flavor to a dinner nearly with your feet in the water!
