Everything began in 2021 with the opening of the first store in the heart of the Carré d’Or in Nice. Right away, Philippe Tayac captivated everyone with his high-end pastries, combining aesthetics, textures, and boldness. In 2022, he brought his creations to CAP 3000, and then in 2024, he opened a refined tea room in Cannes on rue d’Antibes. Each time, there’s an elegant universe, seasonal products, and a technical mastery that commands respect. Monaco was destined to be the natural next step in this ascent.

Set to open in May 2025, this new boutique at 26 Boulevard des Moulins has taken nearly a year to prepare and required an investment of around one million euros. It will embody the Tayac spirit: a chic and minimalist atmosphere, designed by architect Davide Mosconi from the Italian agency LEM Agenzia Architettura, all concentrated in a space of about 40m².
Pastries, baked goods, and chocolate: the winning trio
On the menu, you'll find the house's essentials: the Or Noir, the Tarte Scrat, the caramelized Palmier, and the Millefeuille gianduja hazelnut. For baked goods, the Chocosuisse, NY Rolls, and the famous croissant-cookie are sure to turn heads. And to complete the picture, there’s an entirely new range of chocolates created by the chef and their team of passionate experts!
