The Editor

Nestled on Gubernatis Street, right near Jean-Médecin, the restaurant Flaveur plays in the league of the very best. Gault & Millau 2025 not only awards it an exceptional score but also gives it four toques (out of five), placing Flaveur at the very top of the Nice culinary scene, just ahead of the illustrious Chantecler at Negresco and the restaurant Jan. What makes Flaveur truly unique is the vision of the two brothers at the helm. It’s cuisine that’s free, explosive, and daring, unafraid to shake things up!

A bold and poetic kitchen

Two experiences are offered. The first, called Exploration, features 6 or 7 courses (220 € or 265 €), perfect for discovering their culinary universe without losing your footing. But if you’re feeling adventurous, the All Latitudes menu with 9 courses (315 €) is a true knockout. “A fabulous road trip where you sometimes need to have your heart well secured,” whispers the guide. Don’t worry, it's mainly your taste buds that are in for a thrill. On the plates? Surprising flavor combinations, incredible technique, textures that respond, oppose, and complement each other… All of this served in a refined space, chic but not stiff.
