Coming from the fourth generation of Nice restaurateurs, Mathilde Servella has turned the dream of taking over this cherished spot into a lively tribute to her heritage. Originally from Saint-Isidore and the heir of the family restaurant Chez Jeannette, established in Castagniers since 1901, Mathilde proudly represents the colors of local gastronomy.
