After honing his skills with renowned names and developing his style between Japanese tradition and contemporary curiosities, he has been recognized by Gault & Millau, the Michelin Guide, featured in “Le 109 de la gastronomie française,” and received the “Talent Côte d’Azur” award. All this means: when you sit at the counter of his restaurant, you are in the hands of a serious artisan.
