Nice, this little paradise that you don’t want to leave
In Nice, there’s no question of dropping everything for a permanent position in Paris or a job in Lyon: the sun, the sea, and the relaxed vibe keep everyone hooked!
sunshine, the sea, and the terraces are enough to satisfy many ambitions. According to the study, only 20% of Niçois consider leaving for abroad. The majority claim a strong attachment, often linked to family or their living environment. Because with strolls along the Promenade des Anglais and sunny lunches in the heart of February, it’s hard to imagine being anywhere else. (And honestly, who would want to trade the Bay of Angels for the ring road?)

A Loyalty That Challenges the Relationship with Work
The study also reveals that a third of French employees believe their company is doing nothing to improve their satisfaction, but in Nice, the quality of life compensates for these frustrations. Of course, there are some obstacles: fear of failure, family constraints, lack of confidence, or financial worries... But on the Côte d'Azur, these concerns seem to melt away in the light. What the Niçois value most is quality of life, a luxury that few other cities can claim so evidently.
