7 km race, friendly 5 km walk, entertainment, music warm-up, and information village: everything is designed for this morning to combine energy, awareness, and solidarity. No timing or podiums, just one goal: to remind everyone of the importance of physical activity and early detection.

Starting at 8:45 AM, participants are welcomed in the Albert 1er gardens, just a stone's throw from Masséna Square, to pick up their t-shirts and enjoy the prevention stands. At 9:30 AM, it's time for the race with two round trips to Magnan for the most motivated, then at 10:15 AM, the walk starts, perfect for those who prefer to enjoy the scenery at their own pace. Just a reminder: children under 12 can accompany for free.

Behind this festive and unifying event is the daily fight of SOS Breast Cancer, an association born from women who have themselves faced the illness. Throughout the year, they offer over twenty weekly workshops (yoga, sophrology, art therapy, Nordic walking) to support the community.to support patients and help them live better with their treatment. They also lead prevention campaigns to remind everyone of essential practices: self-examination, regular gynecological check-ups, and mammograms every two years after the age of 50. Every registration for the Jogging Rose (€12) is fully donated to the association to fund its actions.

With the support of the city of Nice and many local partners, the Jogging Rose is an unmissable event of the Nice rentrée. Running out towards the Mediterranean, participants proudly carry a simple yet essential message: “Move and smile.” It's a call to come together, to share, and to support those facing illness, all in a sporty atmosphere but, above all, deeply human.
