Since the beginning of July, some unwelcome news has arrived in Nice and the surrounding areas. Jellyfish have invaded several beaches on the French Riviera, including popular ones like the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Antibes, Roquebrune, Juan les Pins, and more.

An interactive map to identify jellyfish zones

There is a very useful map that shows in real-time the beaches where jellyfish can be found on the French Riviera. A red jellyfish appears on beaches invaded on the current day, a brown one indicates beaches where jellyfish are known to be present, and a yellow one shows where jellyfish were spotted 2 days ago. In addition, green flags signal beaches where it's safe to swim!
