The website Meilleurs Agents has unveiled its ranking of the most expensive streets within the 50 largest French metropolises. While the prestigious Rue de Furstemberg, nestled in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, tops the list with a price per square meter of 24,272 euros, 3 streets on the French Riviera closely follow. In order, Cannes, Antibes, and Nice each have one of the 5 most expensive cities in the country.

For comparison, in Gabriel Calamand street in Saint-Étienne, the most expensive in the city, the average price per square meter is 2,165 euros, nearly eleven times less than in the prestigious Furstemberg street and over three times less than Gasparin street. Numbers that make your head spin...
