Attention to all Japanese cuisine lovers! A brand new restaurant has just opened next to Nice. We prefer to tell you right away: here, no california maki or cheese roll! We are focusing instead on very high Japanese gastronomy. Between tradition and couture cuisine, let us introduce you to The Niwaki!

The Niwaki is the new gourmet restaurant in Monaco. Here, Japanese dishes are celebrated while being elevated to couture cuisine. "THE NIWAKI offers "couture" cuisine, enhancing exceptional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch and Mediterranean accents. Developed using specific preparation techniques such as infusion and fermentation, the varied and exotic menu offers an unforgettable culinary journey to the flavors of the Far East," we are told.

On the menu, you will find delicious and surprising dishes: "Sashimi Hamachi ponzu with truffle, Lobster tempura with creamy truffle yuzu, Black Angus Filet with miso butter and black garlic, Spicy chocolate with yuzukosho heart; a collection of tasty dishes to discover along with other exceptional dishes like the Kobé, THE NIWAKI being part of the exclusive circle of restaurants in Monaco authorized to serve it."

In addition to the restaurant, a sushi bar is also present. Here, you sit at the counter and an incredible culinary show awaits you. The Sushi Master, the true conductor of your dinner, promises you a culinary "live show," featuring the Chef and his fresh ingredients. He will introduce you to a culinary excellence, combined with a unique personalized service.
