Pinsa is like the elegant cousin of pizza. Its dough, meticulously worked and baked to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, makes it much easier to digest. On the menu, you'll find carefully crafted recipes made from fresh and often local ingredients. Behind the project is Jonathan Egger, who fell in love with this Italian alternative and decided to introduce it to the people of Geneva.

Recipes that make your mouth water just by reading them
At Pinsa !, the Margherita embraces the classic route with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, and fresh basil, while the stracciatella and pesto version delights others. Fans of charcuterie will be smitten with the mortadella and pistachio pinsa, while veggie lovers will enjoy the roasted eggplant parmigiana. To keep things exciting, the place also offers hearty pinsa buns (porchetta, smoked salmon, or beef meatballs) and a few salads to lighten the feast (if it’s really necessary).

And to wrap things up sweetly…
Because an Italian meal wouldn't be complete without dessert, the spot boasts a Nutella bun or some delicious pinsastix (cinnamon sticks with pinsa). A perfect way to end on a tasty note without missing a beat !
