Without much surprise, the new establishment of Farid Seghari, crowned the best pizzaiolo in France in 2018, is a hit! The Regina di Napoli, which has just opened in Cannes La Bocca, is not done making a name for itself... and its pizzas.

Rewarded at a national competition in 2018, the talents of this creative pizzaiolo are undeniable. Even though he is a phenomenon all by himself, it is for his pizzas that people are lining up. Barely a week since Farid set up shop and the phone hasn't stopped ringing.

It's well known in the region, nothing beats word of mouth. And in the area, everyone has heard about the reputation of the manager of this new establishment on Monte Carlo street. Instead of renovating an old bar, he's making this corner of the street dance to the tunes of dolce Vita.

Pizza around the world

Originally from Tunisia, Farid arrives in Aix-en-Provence to start studying dental prosthetics. But drawn to a pizzeria nearby, he joins the restaurant for a short summer contract. A world that he will never leave... and that's for the best!

Aix-en-Provence will become the birthplace of his first establishment! Passionate about this Italian specialty and the multitude of options it offers, he will travel the world to meet the greatest Neapolitan chefs (let's not forget that pizza originally comes from there!).
