In Nice, Christmas isn't just about sweaters and mulled wine. For nearly 80 years, the Christmas Swim has brought together the bold (and the festive) for a group dive into chilly waters that may sting, but lift the spirits. This Sunday, December 21st, the Ruhl Beach will become the stage for this wonderfully absurd and joyful tradition, where you'll see Santa hats, surprise screams, and lots and lots of laughter!
A festive morning before the big dive
Starting at 10:30 AM, the fun will kick off with the procession of pointus organized by the Bateliers de la Mouette, followed by the kayak parade from the Club de la Mer. On the sand, the Floriane Dance Company will heat things up with some sparkle and energy. Then it's time for the swimming races, just to prove some are more than ready!
