At the entrance, a wooden cow nearly 2m high sets the tone: at Le Minotaure, the product is king. Here, we don't joke about the quality of the meat and the selection of cuts.

In this meat lover's den that opened in March, you choose your piece of beef, pork, or duck and the chef (ex. Mother Germaine in Villefranche) enhances it in a Josper oven: a mix of traditional oven and barbecue. The result: a great taste of wood fire that warms the body and the atmosphere. To accompany it, there's homemade mashed potatoes, crispy fries, or seasonal vegetables and, most importantly... homemade sauces. Yes, it makes all the difference! To tackle the beast, grab the oversized knife stuck directly in the wooden table and let the sharp blade do its job.

Also, some hot news: the Minotaure offers a happy hour 7/7 from 6pm to 8pm (glass of wine for 2 euros and small pizza for 5 euros, cheaper is free). By the way, whether here or on the neighboring terraces, it's all the same because the group also delights at Giuseppe & Pepino (ice cream parlor and brewery) and at Café de la Place.
