The buckwheat flour from the Moulin de la Fatigue, renowned for its artisanal quality, gives her galettes an authentic taste. The Kerné cider, made from Breton apples, is carefully selected to complement the dishes.

She prepares her galettes and crepes on traditional Billigs crepe-makers, following ancient techniques learned from her mother. While classic recipes are certainly present, there are also more original creations like the raclette galette or the goat cheese galette to spice up the menu. You’ll also find crepes filled with homemade caramel, artisanal jams, or a lemon cream made on-site.
