Since the weather hasn't been so great lately, we thought a little spot that brings back memories of sunny days and the beauty of our region would be just perfect. And voila, here’s a new gem to add to your list and try out (ideally) as soon as the sun makes its grand return! While exploring, we stumbled upon La Corne d’Or, a snack restaurant that has recently opened (yes, it's brand new!).

The most beautiful view in the area just 15 minutes from Nice
In addition to an breathtaking view, La Corne d'Or offers a "quick menu": omelets, paninis, and the famous pan bagnat. Sure, it's classic, but honestly, it's effective and super delicious! However, if you have more time to enjoy, their menu also features more elaborate dishes: mango tuna tartare, stuffed Niçois, gnocchi with pesto, spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, beef daube, or the must-try pissaladière. Spoiler: everything is a delight!

Right now, the restaurant is operating on winter hours (8 AM - 4:30 PM), but we bet this place will quickly become your go-to spot for sunny lunches this summer.
