At Les Canailles, we take food seriously! Our new chef has created a menu that truly highlights the region, blending fresh seafood with mountain flavors, always in tune with the seasons. As a starter, you can try their savory lost brioche topped with a prawn tartare and avocado cream, or their salmon gravlax with a twist of beetroot and a blood orange reduction.

When it comes to dishes, you’ll have a hard time choosing between linguine with seafood marinara sauce, the entrecôte with aligot, or the ever-popular truffle macaroni like grandma used to make (truffle is life!). For fish lovers, the roasted cod steak on its venerable risotto or the teriyaki salmon with cauliflower puree are sure bets! And if you’re in the mood for a big feast, we recommend their generous truffle pizzas or the reblochon and guanciale.

Alright, we’ve covered the menu, but what about the ambiance and decor? You’ll find a private beach with wooden tables under the sun, we... all we want is to sink our feet into the warm pebbles... You can come enjoy a nice lunch and discover this delicious menu, or a bit earlier for a brunch, for example. It's up to you to choose!
