With pralines, ganaches, and freshly roasted coffee, the Ducasse House continues to expand its delightful empire on the Côte d'Azur.

The Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse in Paris supplies these counters in Nice and at Cap3000. There, artisans roast, grind, and craft the bean to offer 100% artisanal chocolate, a rare luxury in an often industrialized market. Master chocolatier Quentin Gaigneux brings all his talent to delight the taste buds of discerning chocolate lovers. You can find bars, cookies, ice cream, and of course, coffee for those taste enthusiasts. The decor of the counter embraces chic simplicity, open every day from 10 AM to 8 PM.
