If the 2023 edition of the famous Michelin Guide proves to be frustrating for Nice, a new address not far from us still manages to earn its first star: Château Eza. Head to Eze to discover this hidden gem that has been on the radar of food lovers for quite some time now.

On Monday, March 6th, the crème de la crème of the gastronomy world gathered in Strasbourg for the Michelin Guide 2023 ceremony. While Nice and its region may not have been particularly spoiled by this vintage, a new address on the French Riviera can boast of entering the very exclusive circle of starred restaurants: Le Château Eza!

Located in Eze, this establishment can proudly claim to be a luxury hotel with its 5 stars. The gastronomy is also top-notch as the restaurant just received its first Michelin star. On the menu: French and Mediterranean cuisine. On site, the 50 seats can enjoy a breathtaking view that will take your breath away.

2 formulas are offered:

  • the Castle menu for lunch: 3 courses (70€) with a choice of fish, lamb, and original desserts (according to the current menu).
  • the Tasting menu for dinner: multiple courses for 140€ per person. Here, the chef's talents elevate the finest products, such as roasted langoustine with Madagascar caviar rolled in a creamy champagne sauce...
