Located on Cours Saleya, Café Mademoiselle makes a stunning impression right from the start. A quick peek at their Instagram and it’s an instant “wow”: ultra-colorful plates that are sure to make your mouth water. You might think it's all about the visuals, just eye-catching for social media… But think again! There, the dishes are just as delicious as they look.

A Mediterranean-infused kitchen

Behind this address are Marion and Romain, who celebrate the flavors of Nice, Italy, and Greece through their cooking. And you can really taste it on the plate! Among the must-try dishes are the chickpea fries with tomato pulp, truffle eggs, stracciatella focaccia, roasted feta in brick with toasted pistachios and honey, salmon-avocado toasts, spicy sardines, and Espelette pepper hummus. A special mention goes to the roasted camembert and the pink mimosa eggs, marinated in beet juice. Visually, it's stunning, and taste-wise, it's a real treat!

Heavenly Cocktails

Since it’s a cocktail bar, while it’s great to know what we’re eating, the real question is what are we sipping on? The cocktail menu is impressive, with drinks that are carefully crafted and truly delightful. We absolutely fell in love with the Spicy Negroni : a bold twist on the classic, featuring red vermouth infused with bird’s eye chili, Campari, gin, and grapefruit cordial, as well as the Cloud Espresso Martini : a reinvented version of the iconic Espresso Martini, enhanced with hints of vanilla and an ultra-creamy coffee foam.

A decor that blends retro and contemporary

When it comes to the vibe, it's a perfect mix of the charm of Parisian brasseries with a contemporary twist. Elegant woodwork, caned chairs, and the walls are adorned with black and white portraits of iconic figures from cinema, fashion, and music like Catherine Deneuve, Brigitte Bardot, Édith Piaf, and Coco Chanel. The result? A chic and cozy setting where you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. Café Mademoiselle really ticks all the boxes, and if you haven't tried it yet, go for it!
