Thanks to the enthusiasm of Jean Valfort and Jean-François Monfort, founders of the Panorama group, the Grand Café des Fleurs opened its doors on May 13, 2025, after months of renovations and a fantastic investment of 1.5 million euros. The duo has breathed new life into this historic place. The space has been completely reimagined: a large, light-filled room, decor combining Art Deco and Mediterranean styles, a HUGE terrace facing the flower market... It's sophisticated without being stuffy, classy without the fuss, and we simply love it!

Sunshine, tiles, and cozy benches
On the plate, sunshine in every bite: panisses, sea bass carpaccio, twisted niçoise salad, zucchini flower gnocchi, or crispy Milanese. Simple, delicious, generous. With a special nod to local products. Sweet lovers will be thrilled by the homemade pastries, like tiramisu, Paris-Brest, or pavlova. The "Citron en fleurs", a signature dessert with lemon curd, almond biscuit, and lime zest, pays tribute to the citrus from the nearby market. Barista-signed coffee along with cocktails inspired by the painters of the Riviera, the place thrives from morning till night, with a vibrant atmosphere that changes with the hours, like a living decor.
