Looking for a cozy place to enjoy comforting dishes at appetizing prices? Head to the port of Antibes! The Bistrot Margaux, which opened in the historic location of "Le Transat", was born from the meeting of Frédéric Buzet (Michelin-starred chef at the Hotel Le Saint-Paul, former pupil of Joël Robuchon and Guy Martin, and chef at La Passagère in Juan les Pins) and Vincent Halby, an Antibois restaurateur (Le Golden Beef, Le Transat, La Terrasse at Polygone Riviera, and Ex-Restaurant Albert 1er). A chef's bistrot, which already has many regulars, charmed by the generosity of the plates and the lightened bill.Bistrot Margaux pâté croûte - Source facebook.com/lebistrotmargaux/

Bistro cuisine is making a comeback

Morteau sausage with lentils (10.90€), pâté en croûte in the style of "Bernard" (8.90€), or even veal stew with rice pilaf (14.80€), not forgetting the egg in snow with red pralines (6.80€) and the pie of the day (7.50€) on the menu… Bistronomy lovers will be satisfied! Wash it all down with a wide selection of wines from confidential producers, offered by the glass and in Lyonnaise carafes. A guarantee of quality, the menu changes every day or almost, depending on market products and seasons; of course, everything is homemade. Open every day for lunch and dinner, except for Saturday lunch, Bistrot Margaux is the place to be right now, definitely worth a try!
