And then, other escape games in Nantes opened their doors! A second one in Nantes in October 2015 and another a little further away (but not too far) in Vendée. In the fall of 2016, a 4th location opens its doors, becoming even the largest escape game in France, followed by a fifth... Enough to torture my Sherlock Holmes-like mind. So there, my excitement was pretty much like this:

The Escape Game "Leave in time"
This is the first escape game that opened in Nantes. In teams of 3 to 5, you are locked in a room and have to solve a puzzle. Look carefully, all the answers are in the room, it's up to you to find them. Be warned, you only have 60 minutes to escape.Escape if you can! Leave in time has three puzzles spread out in five rooms. You can potentially book multiple rooms at the same time and compare your performance with other teams. Start with the "Don Cinto" puzzle, where you'll enter the world of a mafia boss: one hour to find the way out, with observations and possibly guidance from the Leave in time team. Leave in time is currently working on opening 6 new rooms in a second location.

The League of Gentlemen
The premise is particularly exciting. The League of Gentlemen is made up of men and women who work in the shadows to solve all kinds of problems and conflicts. It's A Trap Studio is the result of the meeting between the 7th art (cinema) and the concept of an escape room. The team of this escape game located in the heart of Nantes offers you to evolve in scenarios written like real movies, with suspense and twists! The Escape Hunt Experience Nantes
The newest of the escape rooms in Nantes, The Escape Hunt is actually located in Saint-Herblain. In a meticulously chosen set by the two founders, Enguerran Grégoire and Ulric Denis, you will have to solve puzzles about Nantes and its history. Did Anne of Brittany have an illegitimate son with her servant or did she have a son who should have been king of France? What happened at the Naval Shipyard? For non-locals or puzzle-loving detectives, the quest for the Philosopher's Stone will be less city-centered.

Located on Rue des Olivettes, the Nantes escape game John Doe offers sensational settings. The story? Without contact with their secret agents, the team at the Central John Doe Agency calls on anonymous individuals - like us, "John Does" - to find them. Why anonymous? Because the enemies don't know us. 3 mysteries are already available: the Blue Castle prison (in two rooms), the Magnifico casino (one room), and the Black Rock mine (two rooms). The investigations can be played by 2 to 6 players and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed! Secret Agent oath.

The Onirium
Located on Boulevard Guist'hau, this escape game in Nantes takes you into the dreamy universe of dreams! Because it is dreams that are responsible for the conception, management, and especially, the distribution of dreams in the world, thanks to Onirium technology. However, a malfunction is trapping some dreamers in their subconscious. It's up to us to investigate to find the cause of the problem and, most importantly, to escape from the dreams (or nightmares) we enter. Two puzzles available to date: The Insurrection and Station Or-Bit 34B, which sends us into space and is played in competition mode. We love it!
