The Run bakery pastry shop that opened its doors last September in Pirmil is offering three galettes this January: one with frangipane, one with pear chocolate, and another with caramelized apple pieces. We're already drooling!

Esthete: delicious 100% local gourmet cakes

Whether flaky or brioche, Esthete's cakes are available in the shop. They are made with Joseph's flour, eggs from the eco-farm of 1001 legs, Aop butter, organic almonds from Spain, delicate Orange Blossom, delicious candied fruits from Corsiglia Marrons Glacés, and beans crafted in duet by Aatelier Douarn & Un air de céramique.
